Onboarding a new charging device

As an installer, you are responsible for the technical connection between your customer’s charging station or smart cable and the Mobiflow platform. Always do this on site, immediately after the electrical installation. If something goes wrong, you usually need a direct connection between the charging point and your computer or smartphone through a network cable, bluetooth or WiFi to investigate and solve the problem.

The QA platform is a technical lobby for new charging stations, allowing you to check the connection and onboard the charging station.

  • Request your personal login and password for the QA platform via this form.
  • We’ll let you know when your login is available after which you can get started. Depending on how busy it is, this may take 2 or 3 working days.
