Charging Services Order Form

You want to set up your charging station and start charging as soon as possible? Well, you can! Once we have set up your Mobiflow account, you can get started immediately! To set up your account, we need some information which we collect using the CSOF, or Charging Services Order Form. To make it easy for yourself, please have a few things to hand before you start filling in the form:

Your charging station serial number. This can be found on your charging station. It is a unique number with at least 5 characters. If you cannot find this number, ask your installer for help. Do not fill in the form if the installer has not yet installed the charging station.

Your charging card(s) number(s). If you do not have a charging card yet, you can order one via this form.

When filling in the form in the first step, you will have to choose between 3 different subscriptions depending on the desired use of your charging station:

  1. For private use (PRIVATE SUBSCRIPTION)
  2. For professional purposes (PROFESSIONAL SUBSCRIPTION)
  3. For public purposes (PUBLIC SUBSCRIPTION)

To give you an idea of the different subscriptions, we’ve outlined some situations that clarify which subscription should be chosen in which situation:

PRIVATE SUBSCRIPTION: You only use your charging station privately, but you want an overview of your charging sessions.

PROFESSIONAL SUBSCRIPTION: You want to charge your company vehicle at home and be reimbursed for this by your own company or employer via split billing, i.e. reimbursement of home charging sessions by the employer or own company.

PUBLIC SUBSCRIPTION: You like to make your charging station available to third parties and would like to be reimbursed for the electricity supplied, or, you like to make your charging station(s) on your company site available to your employees so that you and your employees can charge for free and, in addition, you like to set up a tariff for visitors who can charge during their visit. To allow your employees and/or yourself to charge for free, add your charging card and/or your employees’ charging cards to a whitelist.
